Sony just unveiled two new additions to its Cyber-shot camera lineup, packing as much power as possible into a compact design you can slip right into your pocket. The HX90V and WX500 both offer robust lenses and sleek designs along with a few extra features.

The HX90V and WX500 cameras are both equipped with a 18.2-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor, a 30x optic zoom ZEISS lens and a BIONZ X processor. Sony included an LCD display that tilts up to 180 degrees, making it possible to take high-quality selfies. The cameras also features physical dials, a customizable control ring and built-in GPS for quickly geo-tagging your photos and video.

“With these new cameras, we’ve taken some of the most unique, advanced imaging technologies from our RX and α cameras and leveraged our unique ‘miniaturization’ ability to deliver a high-zoom shooting experience unlike anything else in the compact camera market today,” said Neal Manowitz, Sony’s director still imaging.

The Compact Hi-Zoom HX90V starts at $430 while the Ultra-Compact WX600 costs $330. The more expensive model adds an electronic OLED viewfinder, which Sony says is a first for any camera this small.

Both new Cyber-shot cameras will be available this June through Sony and its authorized retailers. The company is also offering a few new accessories for the cameras, including a body case and a shotgun microphone, though it hasn’t revealed how much those add-ons will cost.
